CrossFit training methodology implores constantly varied functional movements at high intensity, to create a whole body workout focused on different muscle groups throughout. The programming's open-nature enables people to customize their training to meet virtually any fitness goal. Each Certified Coach-led class is 60 minutes long, and is structured with:

  1. Warm Up

  2. Strength Session (from the specific strength cycle)

  3. Metabolic Conditioning Session to close
