Barbell club is a dedicated class for individuals that want to improve their Olympic lifting skills and strength. Different from traditional CrossFit classes, our specialized programming breaks down movements in order to allow a slower progression through the lifts. Athletes can expect to focus on one lift per session, supported by various accessory techniques. Dive into a program that prioritizes technique, form, and progress tracking to optimize your lifting potential. Barbell club is included in all memberships.
