CrossFit Group Class

CrossFit training methodology implores constantly varied functional movements at high intensity, to create a whole body workout focused on different muscle groups throughout. The programming's open-nature enables people to customize their training to meet virtually any fitness goal. From improved health to better performance, CrossFit not only produces measurable results, but also creates a fun, community-driven environment where anyone is welcome.

Each Certified Coach-led class is 60 minutes long, and is typically structured with:

1. Warm Up

2. Strength Session (from specific strength cycle)

3. Metabolic Conditioning Session to close
