Lifting Performance Program
Want to build strength faster but don’t know where to start? Our Lifting Performance Program is designed to provide the necessary tools to Group Class Members who want to put in extra work for faster progress.

Meant to work in-tandem with our CrossFit Group Class, Lifting Performance takes the individualized attention of Personal Training and delivers it on-demand for you to work on at your own pace & time.

To begin you meet one-on-one with a Coach, who works with you on assessing current abilities and establishing your goals. Using that, they will formulate a weight-lifting program curated around the workouts you are doing in Group Class.

Members virtually report their progress by recording their independent lift sessions and submitting the videos back to their coach. As you progress, your coach will continue to update the plan, as frequently as weekly, depending on progress.
