Exclusive Programming
All of our programming is written by the owner of the gym Tom Slusar. The programming is infinitely scalable, so every athlete in the gym can have a great workout.
Expert Coaching
Our certified coaches are able to correct technique and give guidance during each class. They are committed to the success of every member!
Limited Class Capacity
In order to provide the best quality coaching and maintain a safe environment, class sizes are capped. This also allows are members to get to know one another better in a smaller group.
Fitness Tracker
Use an app to see the workouts for the week, sign into class, track your progress, and view the daily leaderboard to see what other members in the gym are doing.
Inclusive Community
Nothing is better than working out with friends! Our community is a great support system for those looking to workout in a group and build new connections. We host different events throughout the year and hope to see you at the next one!
