Personal Training

FRSC proudly offers robust Personal Training Regiments for those looking for more individualized attention in their training. Our Certified Coaching Staff bring specialized knowledge in exercise physiology, nutrition, and program design, ensuring clients follow effective and safe workout routines tailored to their unique fitness level, preferences, and objectives.

The first session will be an assessment to check joint range of motion, muscle balance, and joint stability. Then you and your coach will discuss goals to come up with a plan that is right for you.

Our approach to Personal Training goes past the gym. Our Coaches can structure independent workout routines (to be done on your own time outside of class/session) aka "homework", nutrition advisement and planning related to your fitness plans and goals.
