CrossFit Foundations is FRSC's introductory class to CrossFit Training.

Intended for those that are just starting their CrossFit Journey, or perhaps coming back after a break, these 1:1 sessions cover all of the basic movements and variations we do in group class. By the end of foundations you will learn proper technique, safe scaling options, and feel confident going into group class!

What to Expect

To begin with you will meet with a coach, who will review your range of motion and evaluate various scales to get you moving safely.

In each interactive session, your coach will teach & demonstrate the foundational movements that will be used in CrossFit Classes, building a basis that will be applied in advanced circuits later on.

Once you are competent in the movements we use daily in CrossFit, you may graduate to our regular CrossFit classes and get the full FSRC experience!
